About

He was an auto-body technician, spending his evenings and weekends studying flight books, obtaining his private pilot’s license, and flying airplanes in his Nebraskan hometown. She was traveling in planes and along dirt roads, spending her days  teaching, writing, and losing her heart to special needs.

They met in Haiti. And, as the saying goes, the rest is history…

Stephen and Anna got married in April 2016 and, feeling God’s call to missions, walked in faith towards what God has next for them. Feeling kind of crazy, a whole lot excited, and a little bit afraid, they were excited as they embark on an adventure of chasing His heart, surrendering their lives, and loving His people.

From 2016-2018, they spent their years divided between Limbe, Haiti (where they met) and flight training in Alaska. The school years found them missing their hot showers, teaching and doing homework help, leading Bible studies, eating lots of peanut butter toast, and serving alongside Grace Mission In Haiti. Throughout the summer months, Stephen and Anna pursued flight training at Kingdom Air Corps, where Stephen was a part of their summer training program. He received his Instrument Rating in the summer of 2017 with KAC, and his commercial rating in 2018.

In the fall of 2018, they returned to Haiti but felt God’s leading to return to the States. And after a lot of questioning, and struggle, God confirmed in their hearts that it was time to step back, and slow down. They settled into a small(ish) town in Illinois in the spring of 2018, where they are learning what it is like to seek Him, and love Him, and serve Him here, back home.

Join their journey, and see how God leads.
